party recap

it was just us. we had dinner and i was surprised that Adler ate the same as daddy and i, chicken, stuffing, and carrots. after finishing dinner we busted out the party hats and cupcakes. we sang happy birthday and let her at it. she seemed to like the frosting but not really the cake. we let her eat/play for 5+ minutes, till she got the point she was just squeezing the cake though her fingers then starting to fling it. then loaded both girls into the bath. after getting all the cake removed and washed up she got to open her presents. there were a few that were wrapped in paper and some in bags. the ones in bags with gift tissue were ours, i did not realize we did not have any NON-Christmas paper. thankfully she seemed to like to pull each single sheet of tissue out of the bags and then walk them over and hand them to daddy. that was more fun than getting to the gifts. after it was all said and done Rigby was playing with the new toys and birthday balloon and Adler was playing with plastic eggs from Easter. ha. yes i did take pictures and will get them loaded and sent out soon.
